"Dome over the Citadel": the installation stage of the membrane coating elements

The VDS team has started the key stage of the Dome over the Citadel project in Turkestan – the installation of membrane coating elements has started.
Installation teams work 20 hours a day in extremely difficult climatic conditions — the air temperature reaches 45 degrees, which heats up metal structures and complicates the process.
Work on the site is carried out in 2 stages according to the schedule:
- The first stage is the installation and tension of the cut fragments of the awning covering.
- The second stage is the gluing of the joints and the tension of the fragments of the awning covering.
Supervisors from Turkey are involved at this stage to ensure the highest quality of work and competent organization of the process. We pay maximum attention to every detail to ensure the reliability and durability of the structure.
