Production of art objects for the Borovoe project
The VDS Factory is carrying out production work on the "Light Wave" art objects and the "Petal" shadow canopy within the framework of the Borovoe project.
The prototypes were successfully accepted at the VDS factory. The production of the Entrance Arch product is scheduled for August, after the completion of the design stage.

The elements of the "Light Wave" frame are made by high-precision laser artistic cutting, the welding process takes place on the stocks using individual one-time templates.
One-time individual conductors are used for the control assembly. The finished products are painted with paints of architectural series.
In the manufacture of the "Petal" and "Entrance Arch" elements, metal structures made of high-precision thin-walled sheet metal profiles are used, obtained by high-precision laser cutting and automatic welding in factory conditions with pre-provided bending or rolling.
