The project of complex lighting design of the city of Usinsk
VDS company has implemented a project for the integrated lighting design of the city of Usinsk.
A collection of individual products was designed, produced and assembled for the 40th anniversary of the city. The project was implemented with the support of LUKOIL.
The project was launched in the early spring of 2024, which made it possible to create a project for the light and festive decoration of the city in advance. For several months, our Team has been developing an individual collection of products for the decoration of Usinsk.
The first stage of the project includes the implementation of four light arches 10 meters high in a residential area of Usinsk and the art object "Heart", which will be installed in front of the Usinsk Palace of Culture.
The VDS design team, together with artist Natalia Pinevich, created an individual drawing for the light arches, inspired by the traditional ornaments of the Komi Republic. The color scheme of the backlight is made in the colors of the northern lights.
The second stage included the supply of perforated light cassettes for the cladding of the Palace of Culture and the Registry Office with illumination in the colors of the northern Lights, as well as the roof structure "MORE USINSK OIL TO THE MOTHERLAND!".
Due to the remoteness of the installation site and in order to avoid design errors, repairs and reduce installation time before shipping the art object "Heart", our Team carried out a control assembly of the product at the VDS Plant in Minsk.
The anti-corrosion protection of the metal frames of the light arches and the art object "Heart" is carried out by immersion hot-dip galvanizing, which guarantees efficient operation of structures for 10 years.
Our products have become a real decoration of the city of Usinsk and allowed us to form new points of attraction for citizens, see for yourself!
