Design of the design of the shopping center MOMO

The name “MOMO” stands for “my mall”. The concept of the mall: “MOMO” is a place for shopping and relaxation with family and friends, where you are loved and taken care of!” The architectural, stylistic and color solutions in interior and exterior of the mall have been also designed to create an atmosphere of emotional coziness, comfort and safety for visitors.

Design solutions

The VDS team has implemented design solutions for the interior and exterior of the MOMO shopping center (trade) and entertainment center, proposed by the architectural bureau from Austria. VDS specialists also created a design and made an information totem.

Engineers and designers developed the documentation. The teams of the Plant and the construction and installation department of VDS produced and installed the main building signs and the totem, as well as designs to create the unique visual identity of the interior retail space and the facade of the MOMO shopping center.

3D shooting of the object was carried out to actualize the initial version of the facade cladding project. Facade panels were mounted on 5 different surfaces: hollow brick, concrete, factory sandwich panel, element-wise sandwich panel, three-dimensional metal frame. During the project, more than: 50 individual units, 100 individual profiles, and 120 types of facade cladding cassettes were manufactured at the VDS Plant.

TEC “MOMO” has 3 front facades, different in color, with 8 shades on each. The color scheme of the facade was implemented in full accordance with the design project, selecting according to NCS system 24 shades of polymer coating. The implementation of the project, from the development and coordination of documentation to the production and installation of all elements and structures, took about 8 months.
